The Essential Oracle LLC offers the following spiritual and wellness services:
Reiki Energy Healing (virtual and in-person)
Yoga
Oracle Card Readings
Akashic Records Readings
Spiritual Mentorship & Intuitive Coaching
Dream Interpretation
Digital and physical products to support energetic alignment
These services are designed to enhance spiritual well-being, mindfulness, and self-awareness. While great care is taken to tune into your energy with intention, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from any session or product.
All Oracle Card Readings, Dream Interpretations, and Akashic Records Readings are intended for personal reflection and spiritual insight. They do not predict the future or offer definitive answers. Clients are encouraged to use their own discernment when interpreting any messages received.
The services provided are complementary to traditional care but do not replace medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Always consult with licensed professionals for guidance in these areas. Our offerings do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
The Essential Oracle LLC and its practitioners are not responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on the insights received in a session. Clients assume full responsibility for their choices and outcomes.
All services are intended for individuals aged 18 and older. By booking a session, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Virtual Reiki Sessions
Performed remotely and do not require you to be live on a call
Include a pre-session check-in and a post-session report delivered within 24 hours via your chosen method (email, text, or Telegram)
Intended to support energetic clearing, chakra alignment, and intuitive insight
In-Person Reiki Sessions
Available only to local clients or by prior arrangement
Must be confirmed via email before booking
May require flexible scheduling and a mutually agreed-upon location
Non-scheduled offerings such as Dream Interpretations, Distance Reiki, and Card Pulls are delivered within the specified time window noted at the time of booking — usually within 24 hours for Reiki and within 3 business days for other services. Bookings are limited daily to maintain energetic quality.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice
Missed appointments or no-shows without prior communication may be forfeited at the discretion of The Essential Oracle LLC
There are no refunds once a service is booked, as energetic preparation begins immediately
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for a scheduled session without prior notice, it may be considered canceled
Your time and energy are sacred — and so is mine. Thank you for honoring the container we're co-creating.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless previously arranged. All payments are non-refundable. We currently accept secure payments via Stripe.
10.1 Availability & Accuracy
Product descriptions and availability are kept up to date to the best of our ability. In the rare event that an item is out of stock, you will be notified and offered alternatives or a refund.
10.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
10.3 Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. A confirmation email with tracking will be sent when your order is fulfilled.
10.4 Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted for physical products in unused, unopened condition within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Digital products, personalized services, or final sale items are non-refundable.
Any personal information collected through sessions or product sales is treated with respect and handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
The Essential Oracle LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Fairlawn, Ohio and any related disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ohio courts.
